Childbirth classes are a place to ask questions, gather information, and to socialize with other pregnant women and their families.

Birth Classes

$155.00, a $25 discount, for each 6 week series of classes. Classes are always available and fill quickly. Call or email today. Materials are included in the cost of class. Discounts available for doula clients and those in need of assistance.

Students are also welcome to pick and choose which classes to attend for $30 per class!

My goal is to provide a comprehensive consumer-based class that will enable women and their partners to prepare for a positive birth experience. I provide evidence-based information and provide the tools to empower women and allow them to make their own best choices.

You will understand and practice all the laboring and life skills you need to have the birth you plan.
